Eric P. Rothberg, Esq. is a founding partner of Rothberg Federman. He devotes his practice exclusively to the representation of injured workers in workers’ compensation cases.
After becoming a member of the Pennsylvania Bar in 1984, Eric practiced in the areas of domestic relations, general litigation, collection work, bankruptcy and real estate law. In 1989, he began representing injured workers and developed a passion for helping those hurt in the course of employment obtain the wage and medical benefits they deserved. His workers’ compensation practice grew and he devoted his career to representing injured workers and promoting workplace safety.
Eric is a frequent speaker on matters relating to workers’ compensation. He has lectured before the Bucks County Bar Association, Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce, the Delaware Valley Medical Center Hospital, Philaposh Injured Workers’ Committee meetings and conducted educational seminars for injured workers.
Eric was a guest speaker at an educational program sponsored by the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the Private Sector (NARPPS). He was a presenter at a seminar for workers’ compensation attorneys, “Tough Problems in Workers’ Compensation”, sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.
He has also appeared on the Bucks County Bar Association’s Cable TV Program, “Legal Solutions”.
Eric received his Bachelor of Arts from American University in 1973, his Master of Education from Temple University in 1976, and his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1984. He is a former elementary and special education teacher in the Abington School District.
